The club has donated an average of $100 per capita to The Rotary Foundation Annual Program Fund (APF) by June 15 of the year of grant application

The club has signed the annual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) required for grant participation

The club agrees to attend the annual required Grant Management Training, and
-
The club is current in reporting of prior Foundation grants
